This Is My Story
My name is Jason Alder. My wife and I have recently moved to McKinney to welcome our first child. I was practicing in the sea-side city of Palermo in Sicily, Italy when we decided it was time to start our family. We wanted to live near family and we had heard that McKinney is one of the best places to raise a family. We look forward to making McKinney our home and be active in the community.
I grew up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado where I participated in many of the recreational activities afforded by that region including: mountain biking, snowboarding, white-water rafting and the like. I was introduced to chiropractic as a result of injuries in many of the same activities I enjoyed. Chiropractic allowed my body to restore the ability to move and live and continue my lifestyle.
My undergraduate education consisted of kinesiology, nutrition and exercise science. I am an alumni of the Palmer College of Chiropractic. I have extensive training in several upper cervical specific techniques including Blair, Orthospinology, Knee Chest and Toggle. I stay updated on current research and share some of the articles on a science blog, Upper Cervical Studies (ucstudies).
My personal goal is to pass on to you my passion for this amazing organism, our body. I want you to experience life with 100% communication from the brain, along the nerve pathway to the last cell.
